Sep 20, 2015- September has been registered in history books as a day that firmly established Nepal as a federal democratic republic with secular values. President Ram Baran Yadav on Sunday officially promulgated the Constitution of Nepal 2015 by putting his signature to five copies of the new constitution. Our stand is this is a vengeance from India as they are not happy with Nepal's new constitution. This is a trade blockade, just not officially announced.
